Penticton — Okanagan Falls

30.6 Km

This little stretch of trail is a perfect ride for a family! The trail snakes along the shores of Skaha Lake the entire time, and at any point, you can stop for a quick cool-down dip. The compact and flat trail is forgiving to all levels of experience and skill. You’ll see a landscape unique to the Syilx land, complete with cacti and sagebrush. Be sure to go all the way to Okanagan Falls so you can bike across the KVR Trestle Bridge, a popular spot for locals to come to. If you’re feeling ambitious at the end, you can continue your ride through Okanagan Falls and back up the East side of the lake along the Eastside Road, which offers a completely different perspective of Skaha Lake. You can visit wineries and explore the amazing Skaha Bluffs on this side of the lake as well.
